Ultimately, the size of your cake for any occasion (including your wedding reception!) depends on how many guests you’re expecting to attend, as well as how many other treats you might be serving at your event. It depends on the baker you’re using and the kind of cake you’re planning to order. At ECBG, we need at least 4 days’ notice for all of our Cake Shop cakes. Custom cakes require more lead-time—at least two weeks so that we can bring your perfect cake to life.
